Can I still change my order?

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the UK only. Unfortunately, at this point we are not able to facilitate shipping outside of the UK.

Which delivery options do you offer?

Standard Delivery: Tracked with Royal Mail £3.95 

Next Day Delivery: DPD £6.95

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you enjoy our products, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned, please inform us by email within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Then, you have 14 days to return the parcel to us.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you can! Every order is shipped with a packing list that does not include prices, making it safe to send as a gift.

However, due to limitations at our fulfillment warehouse, we are currently unable to add gift notes or provide gift wrapping. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
